TERMS OF USE
By accessing or using materials made available through the OCVIBE Media Center (the “Media Assets”), you agree that OC Sports & Entertainment, LLC (“OCVIBE”) grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable and non-transferable license to use the Media Assets solely in connection with bona fide editorial, news, informational or commentary coverage regarding OCVIBE, including related social media posts, video thumbnails and promotional clips. Such use may occur on monetized media channels. Media Assets may be reasonably cropped, resized, formatted or incorporated into video or other media, provided they are not materially altered in a misleading manner or in a way that misrepresents OCVIBE, its projects or the depicted subject matter. Architectural renderings and other conceptual materials represent proposed or anticipated improvements and not completed conditions. Media Assets may not be used in advertising, merchandise or other commercial materials unrelated to editorial coverage of OCVIBE; in a manner that suggests OCVIBE’s endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation; as standalone assets for resale, licensing or distribution; or in any misleading, defamatory or unlawful manner. Certain Media Assets may be subject to additional restrictions or attribution requirements identified with the applicable asset, which must be observed. No rights in the OCVIBE name, logos, trademarks or other brand elements are granted except as reasonably necessary to identify OCVIBE in connection with an otherwise permitted use. OCVIBE reserves all rights not expressly granted and may modify these terms or require discontinuation of any use of the Media Assets at any time.
