Known for their Thai comfort food, chefs Kanate Ungkasrithongkul and Anita Lin will bring their new curry-focused concept, Khao Soi, to Katella Commons in 2027. The husband-and-wife duo is dedicated to balancing tradition with innovation through their signature Thai fusion creations.

Leading husband-and-wife duo Alex “Pobre Diablo” Garcia and Elvia “La Bruja” Huerta of Evil Cooks are bringing their heavy metal and punk rock themed Mexican concept, with street-smart culinary ethos and fearless creativity to Katella Commons, offering guests a menu built on technique, provocation, and a deep love for real ingredients.
