THE TIMELINE

  • OPEN NOW
    Honda Center celebrates its 30th year! The ARTIC is open for transit and private events, while the Santa Ana River Trail is available for pedestrians and cyclists to enjoy.

  • PHASE ONE - 2026
    The beginning of a new downtown for Orange County opens with the Market Hall, six restaurants, a 6,000-person concert venue, and the Urban Plaza—a public space for special events and community celebrations. All with easy access from the ARTIC and ample free parking.

  • PHASE TWO - 2027
    Just in time for Honda Center to host indoor volleyball during the LA 2028 Summer Olympics, the Meadow Park, South Plaza, and the first of two hotels are complete. A pedestrian bridge connects the ARTIC to Honda Center, creating an uninterrupted walkway over Katella Avenue. The district’s entertainment offerings expand as two smaller music venues open, and initial residences become move-in ready for people who want to call ocV!BE home.

  • PHASE THREE - 2028/2029
    Additional residences become available, including off-site affordable housing. The majority of planned office space is complete, creating an innovation hub for Orange County’s most groundbreaking businesses. The East Plaza and Wellness Parks also open, offering more public space for everyone to enjoy.

  • PHASE FOUR AND BEYOND
    The unveiling of the North Plaza surrounding Honda Center completes ocV!BE’s final stage of construction. While building is finished, the district will continue to evolve, staying at the forefront of technology and co-creating the future with its community for years to come.
